Buenaventura Durruti was a wonderful personality in the Spanish Civil War. He was an anarcho-syndicalist and organized resistance against fascists, Stalinists and capitalists. From an early age, he organized in the labor movement. During the Spanish Civil War, Durruti led a column of 3000 armed anarchists. He was killed in 1936 when a companion's machine pistol went off by mistake. If he lived, Franco's fascist regime should have definitely faced a fierce resistance and who knows possibly been defeated.
