Charlie Hebdo is a French Satirical magazine. Charlie Hebdo has published cartoons of Muhammed which some Muslim extremists feel merits Death. Muslim Terrorists attacked the office of Charlie Hebdo in Paris and Killed 12 people while 7 were wounded.

When the Charlie Hebdo issue after the terrorist outrage was published UK Police wanted to know the names and adresses of people who bought it. The Guardian newspaper wonders if this is a threat to Civil liberties. [1]
