2012 presidential run Edit
Jill Stein was a 2012 U.S. Presidential Election candidate who is actually good, and could actually help the American people and was by far the best choice. She had been endorsed by Noam Chomsky. Unfortunately, she had next to no chance of winning the election. If, by some miracle, Stein had been elected, she would have been both the first female President of the United States and the first Jewish president of the US.
2016 presidential run Edit
She was, once again, nominated to be the Green Party candidate, in 2016. She will face Donald Trump and Hillary Rodham Clinton on the 8th of November. She has a slightly better chance of winning now because everybody hates Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton. She keeps urging Bernie Sanders to be her running mate, but it doesn't seem like that's gonna happen, as Bernie said he was going to support the Democratic nominee in order to gain leverage with the party and reform it from within.
