Levar Depree Fisher (born on July 2, 1979 in Beaufort, North Carolina) is a graduate of East Carteret High School in Beaufort, North Carolina and played high school football there where he began his sports playing, graduate of North Carolina State University where he played college football for the team, and a former NFL linebacker after having been in the 2002 NFL Draft. He only played for the Arizona Cardinals from 2002-2004 before being traded to the New Orleans Saints but didn't play again because of knee problems and he had to retire. Afterwards, Fisher became a motavational speaker. Unfortuantely, one of his partnerships include the right-wing sports-based Christian group known as the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, he does good things though, he opposes use of drugs in sport. 
One of his cousins, Larissa Liche Fisher, attended West Carteret High School from 2004 to 2008 before she graduated.
