A pansexual could be open to someone who is male, female, transgender, intersex, or agendered/genderqueer. [1]

Pansexuality is the opposite of asexuality. The word comes from the prefix "pan-", Gr. meaning "all." Pansexuality is "being sexually attracted to all sexes and/or genders." This is different than bisexuality because it includes people that do not fall on the gender binary.
