Ted Kaczynski started out his life as a child prodigy. According to a test done when he was in Fifth Grade, he had an IQ of 167. He went on to attend Harvard University, graduating at age 20. He later became an assistant professor of mathematics at the University of California, but resigned from this position at age 26, without giving an explanation as to why.
Living primitively and bombingsEdit
He later built and lived in a cabin in rural Montana as a hermit, living primitively off the land. The area near his cabin later started to become industrialized, with his favorite location being replaced by a road.
After the area around his cabin started to become developed, he decided to start his bombing campaign, as an act of revenge. His bombing campaign spanned 17 years, with three people being killed. In 1995, he wrote an essay called Industrial Society and Its Future, which has also been called the "Unabomber Manifesto". He was arrested in 1996.
All Kaczynski seemed to be doing was making anarcho-primitivists look bad. His bombings did not accomplish anything.
