Recall elections for four Wisconsin State senators was taking place on the spring of 2012. Some people voted that they wanted a recall election because of the budget bill that Governor Scott Walker proposed and more circumstances surrounding it. Democrats targeted Republicans because they voted to limit public employee bargaining. These recall elections was after the largest group of recall elections in U.S history.
Democrats have taken over one seat of the senate from the Republicans. But Walker and the rest of the GOP won by stealing the election with money and lies. The state legislature will not be in session again until after the November 2012 election when control of the legislature will again be contested.
